Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Feine Cashmere! Having a satisfying shopping experience is very important to us.
Please note: All SALE items are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All SALE items are FINAL.
- Upon receipt of your package please ensure the goods match your order confirmation.
- Try on your cashmere garment without removing the hand tags to ensure the right fit.
- If you are returning or exchanging the garment or accessory please ensure that it is in the original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with all original hand tags attached. The garment must also be returned neatly packed in the original Feine Cashmere shipping bag.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items as we are not responsible for any damage to your goods during transit.
- Before shipping the goods back please email us quoting your order number to tell us why you wish to make the exchange or are requesting a refund so that we can confirm that we will exchange or refund the goods. Goods can only be exchanged and/or refunded if we receive your emailed request within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
- If you do not follow these simple steps there is a risk we will not accept the exchange and/or the requested refund.
- For refunds we will process excluding the delivery charge.
- Unfortunately, products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at the stores and vice versa. Products purchased at the store cannot be returned to our website.
- After we receive your product at our warehouse ,the returns go through a strict quality control.
If it fails to meet our standards, we will notify you that your refund or exchange will not be processed. If it meets our standards, your refund will be processed within 10 days of the receipt of the product.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
